Frequently asked questions
How many treatments do bed bugs need?
Bed bug eggs are fairly resistant, so we usually recommend at least two treatments 10–14 days apart to catch newly hatched nymphs. Mild cases may need only one; the technician will advise on site.
Do I need to leave during treatment?
Usually yes. After treatment, ventilate for about 2–4 hours as instructed before returning. Fogging takes longer and we will explain in advance.
Is it safe for children and pets?
We use compliant professional products and adjust the method to your household. Please let us know about infants, pregnant family members or pets beforehand.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. We charge per job with no contract. Shops and restaurants can arrange a regular prevention plan if needed.
